To safeguard the competitive edge of our Dragonfulfill clients, we don’t publish best-selling lists or product catalogs online. Instead, clients provide us with links or product photos, and our team handles the sourcing for them
We don’t publish product stock catalogs. However, if the product you request a quote for is in stock, you’ll enjoy the advantage of faster, same-day pick and pack service.
If you can find the product on AliExpress, we can almost certainly find a manufacturer. As long as the product is still being produced and isn’t subject to any exclusive contracts or trademarks, our sourcing team can nearly always locate the product and fulfill your order.
At Dragonfulfill, we prioritize our clients’ experience, which is why we only onboard new clients when we have sufficient fulfillment teams available. In a fast-paced industry like ours, responsive customer service is essential, and we are committed to providing it. Quality control (QC) can often be a challenge in ecommerce, which is why we only work with reputable manufacturers. If a supplier fails to meet our standards, we proactively source new options. Along with our in-house QC, we are happy to arrange for samples to be sent, or provide videos and photos of the products in hand, to ensure our clients are selling exactly what they intend to.
We currently require a fulfillment MOQ of 10 total daily orders. This means your store must already be processing at least 10 orders per day across all products. If you meet this requirement, we will assign a fulfillment team to your account.

PROCESSING
Understand our processing times
After you’re onboarded and assigned a fulfillment team, our team will guide you through the simple steps to link your store with our services.
The lead or processing time typically ranges from 1 to 3 days, depending on the manufacturer’s responsiveness. Our fulfillment teams will notify clients of any manufacturing delays before purchase. Once a hot-selling item is identified, we offer free inventory, enabling same-day pick and pack services.
Quotations are processed as soon as we receive product information, usually through AliExpress links, Shopify links, or detailed photos. AliExpress links are preferred because they provide comprehensive product details that assist our agents in locating a manufacturer. Once the product is sourced, our team will communicate with the fulfillment group via Skype, WhatsApp, or Lack and present you with an all-inclusive quote for packing and shipping the product to its destination country. You only pay the quoted price—no hidden fees.
Once our ERP is linked to your store, fulfillment is handled automatically. You’ll be promptly notified of any alerts that require your attention.
Everything is included! The cost of goods, shipping, and fees are all covered in the quote you receive from Dragonfulfill. The price you see is the total amount you’ll need to pay—no hidden charges.
Yes, discounts are available for bundled orders because there’s no additional barcode fee for extra parcels. However, weight-based charges still apply.
Bulk purchases are available to clients with a track record of consistent orders. Payment for bulk orders must be made upfront, and clients will receive regular updates on stock levels. New clients cannot place bulk orders until approved by our fulfillment team.
Absolutely! We’re more than happy to maintain any existing supplier relationships you have and wish to keep.
PACKAGING

Yes, we can source any packaging you desire, including logos, custom inserts, cards, and more. We’ll help you create a unique unboxing experience that will impress your customers. Our fulfillment team will inform you of the necessary photos and files required for printing. Please note, there is a minimum of 100 daily orders to qualify for customized packaging.
Our download page includes a PDF with a variety of packaging options. Clients are also welcome to submit their preferred packaging designs for our team to source and implement.
No, products are shipped in their OEM packaging, and clothing is sent in a plain mailer bag. Items are then packed in either a plain cardboard box or a standard mailer bag, with no Chinese lettering on the packaging.
SHIPPING

Dragonfulfill not only provides tracking through Dragonfulfill Track, but also offers discreet tracking for all packages. Parcels will only display tracking information once they reach their destination country, with no indication of origin from China. Shipping times remain unchanged with discreet tracking.
Express will not ship liquids over 500ml, infringing products, dangerous goods, or contraband items (such as pure batteries, prohibited liquids, prohibited powders, guns, and ammunition) via Global Direct Snail Mail (Fast). However, products with built-in batteries and supporting batteries are accepted.
Shipping costs are calculated on a per shipment basis, considering the parcel’s size, weight, and destination.

Fulfillment teams are assigned based on their availability, with careful consideration of client needs and fulfillment volume. The number of clients a team manages varies, but we prioritize a positive client experience and a healthy work environment, ensuring our teams are not overextended.
PAYMENTS
Information on the payment methods
We accept payments via PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, and bank transfer. Currently, we do not process credit cards directly, but clients wishing to pay with a credit card can do so through Payoneer.
Payment confirmation is required before packages can be released for shipping.
Extended payment terms can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Clients with consistent orders and long-term cooperation may benefit from improved cash flow through longer payment terms.
